Friendship day 2015

FRIENDSHIP day initiative,from 21 to 27 July 1958 was held in the first week of August, in the Paraguayan Chaco . After numerous efforts, the government of Paraguayan through the Ministry of Education and Culture established a date for the recall through Resolution No. 242 of 1964. Moreover after that it then spread to other countries in Latin America and other regions also, although it is celebrated differently in different parts of the world.

Social media has taken this day to new heights. Friendship day is now celebrated on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and more, allowing people to plan bigger parties, confirm attendance, give shout-outs to friends and reach out to far away friends, expanding the party even further, and planning out and even wishing your friends and even making them feel really special.
